We’ve made the mistakes, so you don’t have to.
MSP Nest was set up by people who have been exactly where you are. We have 25 years in IT behind us, and for 17 of them we built and ran a UK managed service provider. We chose the tools, wrote the contracts, hired the team, chased the invoices and won the clients. In 2024 we sold the business for seven figures.
Plenty of that went well. Some of it we’d do very differently. MSP Nest is the support we wish we’d had in those early years: practical, honest and specific to running an MSP in the UK.
